Shipping Policy
Orders within the United States typically arrive within 2–5 business days, while international orders generally arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation to ensure accurate delivery. We only ship to the verified address provided at checkout (PayPal or your credit card provider).
Once a package has been marked as delivered, Lucky Laced is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please make sure proper arrangements are made to receive your package.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in cases where an error occurs on our end.
For example, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed (such as size or style being sold out), a full refund will be issued within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Please note:
- Once a refund is processed, your bank or card provider controls when funds are released
- PayPal refunds using account balance may appear immediately
Return Policy
All sales are final.
As a consignment marketplace, items are sold on behalf of independent sellers who are paid once their item is purchased. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
